The PPA Group, one of the UK's leading provider of quality MRO services to the commercial, executive and military aviation sector, is delighted to announce it has been awarded a five year maintenance contract with BAE Systems Regional Aircraft.

Under the terms of the agreement, the PPA Group will be responsible for the repair and overhaul of 'C' Screens for the BAe146/RJ series aircraft.

The agreement, which is currently in place until September 2019, will ensure the components will be regularly and thoroughly maintained by specialist technicians at the PPA Group. From its headquarters in Deeside, North Wales, the company is committed to delivering a highly responsive and cost effective service.

Commenting on the announcement, PPA Group managing director Pete Gunson said: “We are all very much looking forward to collaborating with BAE Systems Regional Aircraft and working as part of its skilled supply chain. With our vast MRO capabilities and extensive experience of working within the aviation sector, we are keen to enhance product performance through high value engineering and operate as an effective MRO partner.”

The PPA Group operates an extensive MRO facility, which encompasses design, manufacture and maintenance, machining and moulding, and composite repair. With such extensive onsite capabilities, the Company is well placed to support the exact requirements of BAE Systems Regional Aircraft.
