Swiss Aviation Consulting is delighted to announce the sale of a Cessna Citation CE 525B CJ3. The aircraft was delivered to a customer in the USA after completing extensive maintenance work at a facility in Germany. Swiss Aviation Consulting acted on behalf of a German financier as their exclusive remarketing agent. The closing and export of the aircraft took place in December 2014.

During the remarketing period the Swiss Aviation Consulting team managed the repossession of the aircraft and its records, as well as the physical inspections. Further, SAC arranged the pre-buy inspection, registration changes, the export and legal issues with its partners.

Clarissa Cunz, head of aircraft asset management comments: “We are pleased to have eventually delivered this aircraft to its new owner. Even though demand for the CJ3 type is high, it was not an easy transaction with a number of unexpected hurdles. Our team of experts did an excellent job combining technical, legal, regulatory and commercial support.”

Swiss Aviation Consulting has a well established relationship with the seller, having previously placed three aircraft and five helicopters on their behalf.
