Air Culinaire Worldwide expands flight crew training program to London

Air Culinaire Worldwide is expanding its flight crew training program to include classes in London. The classes, which were launched at the company's Tampa headquarters in October 2014, cover a variety of culinary and food safety topics and have been created specifically for easy execution in the challenging in-flight environment.

“The flight crew training program has been very popular since its launch. Based on requests from our international-based clients, we're excited to now offer the program in London,” said John Detloff, vice president, flight attendant services, Air Culinaire Worldwide. Air Culinaire Worldwide has three London-based kitchens at Biggin Hill, Stansted, and Luton.

The first training class will be held at a centralized location in London. Subsequent classes will rotate at locations around the city. The complete schedule will be released on www.airculinaireworldwide.com and the company's Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/airculinaire).

A preview by invitation of the Flight Crew Food Safety Training and Culinary Class will be held February 10, 2015. The next Flight Crew Food Safety Training and Culinary Class will be held April 15, 2015. Space is limited in order to provide the highest level of personalized instruction. To reserve a seat for the class in April, contact Neil Pope, operations director, at npope@airculinaire.com.
