Constant Aviation, LLC, a Directional Aviation Capital company offering full-service maintenance capabilities with a nationwide network, announced they received Administración Nacional de Avianción Civil (ANAC) Brazil supplemental type certificate (STC) approval to install Swiftbroadband Aviator 200 and Aircell GoGo Wi-Fi systems in the Phenom 300.
“The approval of this STC, allows the installation of a world-wide solution for in-flight Wi-Fi connections on Brazilian registered aircraft. Our experience on the Phenom not only provides operators a reliable solution but allows this STC to be installed at any of our three nationwide locations. The Aviator 200 equipment is smaller and lighter than other world-wide Wi-Fi solutions, which makes it a great option for small to mid-size aircraft,” said Derek Morris, avionics design and engineering manager.
Constant Aviation also owns STC's on the Aircell GoGo Wi-Fi system on the Legacy 600, EMB135LR, Gulfstream IV, Citation X, Hawker 800A/XP/850XP/900XP, Beechjet 400A as well as the Phenom 100/300. The Aircell Talk and Text system is also available for add on services to any airframe.
