In-flight catering provider Air Culinaire Worldwide has named John Detloff as vice president, flight attendant services to spearhead and enhance ongoing efforts to develop a comprehensive program to meet the evolving and expanding needs of corporate flight attendants.
In his role, Detloff will serve as the company's liaison to the flight attendant community and will work to develop tailored order processes, as well as new menu assortment and training. A veteran of the flight catering industry, Detloff specializes in training corporate flight attendants. He will report directly to Cliff Smith, chief executive officer, Air Culinaire Worldwide.
