Skytime Jets broadens customer experience with Wvyern safety program

Skytime Jets, Limited joins the top two percent of European aircraft charter brokers illustrating a commitment to passenger safety by becoming a certified Wyvern Broker. Rounding out their customer focus, Skytime Jets will offer a comprehensive safety program to their customers through Wyvern's safety suite of tools.

Wyvern Brokers are committed to having a safety program as part of their organization. As a Wyvern Broker, Skytime Jets will have access to an expanded database of audited operators through the Wyvern Report. Prior to brokering a flight, Skytime Jets will be able to generate a

real time safety survey on the operator, aircraft and crew of a particular flight. This report can then be sent to the charter client, allowing the Broker to make sure the background details of the flight are transparent to the passenger. The PASS report will provide their customers with safety and quality assurance specific to their chartered trip.

James Shotton, Skytime Jets director said “Skytime Jets is a company that was founded with a clear and unwavering commitment to passenger safety; and, this will never be compromised. We have worked with the Wyvern brand for some time and see this step to become a certified Wyvern broker as a natural progression. Offering our clients enhanced peace of mind is the ultimate goal and is one of the reasons customers keep coming back to us.”

Brokers that join the Wyvern program are required to adhere to fair business practices and engage in true and fair market pricing. Shotton adds “in a rapidly changing industry it is refreshing for our customers to see that we have committed to the Wyvern best practice and, that clients can trust we are being run in the correct manner”. The Wyvern Broker Pledge holds brokers accountable to only conduct business with certified operations while following regulatory guidelines and principles.
