Jota Aviation bolsters fleet with Raisbeck King Air 200

Jota Aviation has enhanced its status as Europe's largest charter operator of King Airs by adding a Raisbeck 200 model to its fleet.

Providing superior comfort thanks to greater cabin room for hand luggage and catering facilities, as well as wing lockers for expanded baggage space, the upgraded aircraft will allow Jota Aviation to carry up to seven passengers at faster speeds and across greater distances.

Placing significant emphasis on client comfort, the Raisbeck 200 also boasts noise-reducing four-bladed propellers, dual aft body strakes to decrease cabin vibration, and an inflight information screen allowing passengers to chart their journey's progress.

The newly acquired aircraft will be based at the 24-hour London Southend Airport. Under an hour's travel from the City and with a fantastic weather record, it represents the ideal launch point for other London destinations as well as being within easy reach of France and the Benelux countries.

In addition to the Raisbeck 200, Jota Aviation also operates four King Air 90 passenger aircraft, a purpose-converted Beechcraft B90 Cargo Liner, and a King Air 300 in partnership with Danish Air Transport. All are based at 24-hour facilities.

“The addition of the Raisbeck King Air 200 to our fleet allows us to offer a wider range of services to our ever-growing client base,” commented Jota Aviation commercial director Andy Green.

“As well as vip charter, we are able to provide rapid reaction services to the oil and gas, medical, automotive, and aog markets. I am pleased to say that the new 200 enhances both our capabilities and availability in these areas.”

Jota Aviation's passenger and freight aircraft operate across Europe and stretch into Africa and the Middle East, providing clients with the benefit of a rapid response service from their expert team both in the air and on the ground. Originally established to meet the needs of Jota's burgeoning professional racing team and the motor sport sector, it has since grown to become a successful and industry-renowned enterprise in its own right.
