Jim Allmon, president and ceo of Blackhawk Modifications, Inc., announced today that the company has appointed Mr. Craig Smith as the manager of Blackhawk's newly formed aircraft sales department.
"Developing a strong resale value for the PT6A-42A powered Caravan will not only expand the global market for the Blackhawk XP42A Performance Upgrade, it will also provide a tremendous added value for owners of these highly versatile aircraft," commented Jim Allmon, "We are extremely pleased to have Craig Smith come on board as our aircraft sales manager. He is a private pilot with multiple ratings and more than 3,600 flying hours and over 28 years of experience in aircraft marketing. His responsibilities will include locating Cessna Caravans for upgrade and resale in the global market and to manage the brokerage and upgrade process."
The aircraft sales department has already enjoyed a successful beginning with two recent sales of XP42A powered Grand Caravans. Blackhawk will be offering brokerage services to owners of all Cessna Caravan, Piper Cheyenne, Cessna Conquest and Beechcraft King Air aircraft.
