Sending an upbeat message to the industry, this month Twinjet Aviation has completed the sale of a second Challenger aircraft to an Indonesian purchaser making it Twinjet's third corporate jet sale in Asia during the past twelve months.
Challenger 604 VP-CBK has been purchased by the large infrastructure group Transpac who will utilize their new aircraft to provide efficient travel throughout the Indonesian archipelago. VP-CBK joins the company's other Challenger 604. The delivery was handled in Guernsey on 14th May where the aircraft was delivered by Twinjet's Captain Matt Giles and received by Mr Muliawan Sutanto and Captain Brad Shinneman, Senior Captain for Transpac. The aircraft is already positioned in Jakarta where it is now in service.
This is the second Challenger sold by Twinjet to an Indonesian buyer in the past 12 months. Chairman John Keeble comments "We are delighted to have worked with Transpac to provide a second aircraft for their fleet. It is our intention to concentrate on Asia as our primary market for aircraft sales where the market is currently fairly buoyant".
