Jeff Bonner Research & Development, Inc. signs deal to produce completed nacelle/cowling assemblies for Nextant's 400XT Beechjet program

Jeff Bonner R & D, a San Antonio, Texas based VIP aircraft component, prototype developer, and subassembly fabricator has delivered the first four nacelle/cowling systems for the Nextant Aerospace 400 XT program. Nextant Aerospace is a Cleveland, Ohio based aircraft remanufacturing company. The nacelle/cowling system is built around the Williams FJ44-3AP engine and was developed in 2009. Since then Nextant Aerospace has recorded numerous flight hours and expects to receive FAA certification this month. Nextant displayed their first conforming aircraft at EBACE on May 12, 2011. The company currently has secured forty (40) orders for the 400XT from fractional provider Flight Options.

Mr. Jeff Bonner CEO/President of JBRND has been involved with the manufacturing of numerous repowering and thrust reverser systems which were manufactured by the Dee Howard Company when Jeff Bonner was Dee's research and development supervisor. Hi-lights of Jeff's previous accomplishments were the BAC 111 re-engining program and the United Parcel Service Spey to Tay conversion.

"I am very proud of the work and effort our personnel have put forth to support the Nextant Aerospace program. Working at a brisk pace JBRND helped Nextant Aerospace achieve the schedule milestones and goals. We used some very specialized tools and equipment which helped augment the engineering design package. From laser scanning the fuselage which was used as the test mule to 3d printing the bleed air and fuel line interfaces…we brought our "A" game to the table" said Jeff Bonner CEO/President.

"The Nextant Aerospace 400XT remanufacturing program represents a great leap forward in providing Beechjet operators an alternative to turning the clock forward on this very capable airframe. Nextant Aerospace by increasing the range, speed, and overall performance of the existing type designed aircraft has set a very tall benchmark for others to follow. We are proud to be Nextant's chosen partner on achieving their goals and reinventing the operational capabilities of this aircraft. "Commented Mr. Ed Harris VP Sales & Marketing for JBRND.
