François André has been chosen by general management to take care of Le Castellet International Airport. He will start at the latest on November 1st 2011.

Aeronautic and mechanics engineer as well as test flying engineer, François André has a higher military school certificate. He has been in charge of several important positions in the French Air Force before starting the development of Le Castellet operations between 2000 and 2005. He then managed La Môle St Tropez Airport in the South of France, which he will leave to join Le Castellet.

His main objectives will be to restructure operations at the airport, to develop commercial actions in France as well as on an international level, and to create synergies within "Destination Castellet": the Paul Ricard circuit, the 5- and 3-star hotels on the Plateau (Hôtel du Castellet and Grand Prix Hotel) as well as the restaurants.
