Industry veteran joins ARGUS PROS

ARGUS International, Inc. is pleased to welcome Mark Wulber to the ARGUS PROS (Partners and Resources for Operational Safety) team as the Director of Audit Programs for Business Aviation. The addition of Wulber comes as the company experiences global growth and demand for their auditing services. Wulber is based in the Denver, CO office and will report to Terry Webb, Executive Vice President for ARGUS PROS. ARGUS PROS is a wholly owned subsidiary of ARGUS International.

"2011 has already been a very exciting year for ARGUS PROS," said Terry Webb. "We have experienced an increased demand for audits performed to the ARGUS Platinum, IS-BAO, and air medical standards. We also expect our recent partnership with NEXUS to result in additional audits performed throughout the Middle East beginning in 2012. Another area of growth for us has been our recent acceptance as an approved auditor for the newly developed Flight Safety Foundation Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS). With all of this growth, we were eager to add a new Director level position that could oversee the depth of business aviation activities we are involved in and continue to expand the organization. Mark definitely has the background and experience that will nicely complement our audit team."

Wulber began his aviation career as a charter pilot and flight instructor in 1990. After 15 years of professional flying, he joined Executive Jet Management as an auditor. In 2008, he was promoted to Manager, Audit and Flight Safety Programs where he was responsible for managing the audit staff and ensuring compliance of the company's fleet to internal and regulatory requirements. Most recently, Wulber served as Director of Training and Compliance for Executive Flight Services.

"Mark will be a great asset to the ARGUS PROS audit organization," said Joseph Moeggenberg, ARGUS President and CEO. "His broad understanding and knowledge of key aspects in the industry will enhance our distinguished audit program as we continue to deliver quality audits to operators around the globe."

Wulber joins ARGUS PROS having vast experience with Part 91, 121, and 135 operations. In addition to his extensive experience in auditing, compliance, training and safety programs, Wulber has more than 6,000 hours total flight time, flying under both Part 121 and Part 135.

ARGUS PROS is the only auditing organization that can conduct an IS-BAO audit in conjunction with an ARGUS Platinum Audit. Since 2001, ARGUS PROS has been conducting on-site audits for the business aviation community and has become one of the largest and most respected auditing organizations in the in industry.
