Embraer named Paulo Penido Pinto Marques CFO, today, effective July 18, 2011. He will take over the responsibilities of Cynthia Marcondes Ferreira Benedetto, who is leaving the Company to pursue personal endeavors.

Paulo Penido has accumulated broad experience and market recognition with extensive involvement in both the financial system, with such organizations as Citibank, BankBoston, and J.P. Morgan, and in large Brazilian industries, like Usiminas, Cosipa, and CSN.

"Paulo is a significant hire for Embraer, and his experience and professional capabilities will be of great value to the Company's growth process," stated Embraer President & CEO Frederico Fleury Curado.
