In March 2011, Business Aviation Asia Limited (certificate C-051-ZN) passed their first Wyvern audit by meeting the rigorous Wyvern safety standards.

Business Aviation Asian Limited has been operating out of its Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China Headquarters at Bao'an International Airport (ZGSZ) since 2007 for the purpose of aircraft charter, management, and acquisition services. Originally named Asia United Business Aviation the company had a name change in 2010 along with their AOC reissue. Wyvern recognizes authorized operation of four aircraft for Business Aviation Asia Limited: two Gulfstream G200, one Learjet 60XR, and One Gulfstream G450.
