Nomad Aviation AG in Berne, Switzerland set in November 2010 its Embraer Leqacy 600 VIP aircraft into service.
The long-range aeroplane registered HB-JED has been included into Nomad Aviation's Air Operator Certificate (AOC) for worldwide operation and is ready to start flying for the upcoming winter-season.
The Legacy 600 is a valuable addition to Nomad's existing fleet of Challengers 604. It complements the existing Executive Charter Fleet, offering;
-13 VIP seats in day configuration
-3 single beds, 2 double beds and 1 king-size bed in night configuration
-Extensive Cargo compartment ensuring sufficient space for plenty of luggage
-Long-range capability exceeding 3'000nm
Like the Challenger 604, the Embraer Legacy also provides the high-standard, luxurious stand-up cabin. "The Embraer Legacy 600 provides Nomad Aviation's customers more availability, choice, flexibility and possibilities", Rainer Schnurr and Claude Neumeyer, the principals of Nomad Aviation, state.
The aircraft is based in Berne, Switzerland, strategically well located to serve customers in Western Europe as well as in Eastern Europe.
Switzerland's based Nomad Aviation AG offers presently three Bombardier Challenger 604 and one Embraer Legacy 600 aircraft for worldwide-operation as well as one Cessna CJ1+ for European Executive- and VIP charter. The addition of 2 Gulfstream 200 aircrafts to suit Medium Jet VIP Charter demands is foreseen in December 2010.
