Boutsen Aviation is delighted to announce that it has finally taken re-delivery of its second Airbus A319CJ from Jet Aviation, Basel, after a 21-month interior completion.

Thierry Boutsen, owner and CEO of the Monaco based company added: "We went through very frustrating moments with the repeated delays encountered during the interior completion as Jet Aviation changed ownership and management twice during our completion time. But in the end I must say that the cabin is as promised: simply beautiful. Jet Aviation Basel has always been recognized as world leader for quality, I can easily confirm that!"

Boutsen Aviation has, once again, successfully managed the whole transaction process on behalf of its client, starting as a consultant with a thorough market analysis. This was followed by the contract negotiation with Airbus, the choice of the completion centre, the cabin design, the supervision and follow up of the cabin completion and finally the choice of operator.

Thierry Boutsen added: "This ACJ has now joined the first Airbus of our fleet, both our client's aircraft are operated by DC Aviation, Stuttgart, and are available for charter at very competitive rates!"

Michael Kuhn, CEO of DC Aviation added: "We are very pleased to add this Airbus A319CJ to our fleet of managed aircraft. The demand for charter in this segment is high, we can take our customers on a 12 hour trip like Stuttgart-Beijing by example, in the highest level of comfort."
