Arnie Palmer, director of special missions; Steve Riley, director of capability development; and Soham Gehani, director of finance and corporate strategy, have been appointed to the 2Excel board as executive directors.

The deal provides further growth capital for the group, brings 2Excel Engineering fully into group ownership and completes a full refinancing. 2Excel continues to execute expansion plans having won a host of new contracts.

2Excel Engineering can now train its own licensed engineers. This serves as a powerful tool for recruiting new talent, and helps to retain existing employees by providing them with career development opportunities.
