Evolito will supply high-performance electric propulsion units for Electra’s nine-passenger EL9 Ultra Short aircraft, enabling 150-foot takeoffs and precision landings.

As the first company in the UK to secure CAA DOA approval for its electric propulsion systems, Evolito can support its customers aircraft certification activities.

Evolito is to supply motor and inverter technology for the Project Fresson hydrogen-powered aircraft demonstrator. The small size and light weight will maximise the payload and range of the zero-emissions aircraft.
