The TRU Simulation-built system was assessed by the Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau and approved for use in Subaru’s advanced pilot training programmes.

Besides Japan, ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia is certified by 15 other regulators including the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia, US FAA and EASA. There are currently 81 business jets registered in Japan.

Japan’s aviation regulator has issued a G-1 certification basis for SkyDrive’s lightweight three-seat electric aircraft, setting initial airworthiness and performance criteria for type certification.
