The takeover of Ferrovial Vertiports strengthens Atlantic's position in the advanced air mobility market, enhancing its FBO network with future eVTOL operations.

Development should start with Ferrovial's planned south Florida vertiport network before spreading to other regional markets. It paves the way for deployment of UrbanLink's fleet of Lilium Jets.

Locations must be compatible with airspace requirements, at least 4,000 sqm in size with connectivity to utilities and avoid residential or noise-sensitive areas.
