RusAero, a Russian handling agent, reports that it has been officially authorised by Russian Civil Aviation Authority for obtaining landing and overflying authorisations. A spokesperson promises: "In case of urgent flights, we'll ensure that you'll be granted a Russian permit number within two hours of your application being received."
