Located 29 miles west of downtown Chicago, the FBO's new two-bay hangar offers 48,000 sq ft of space, featuring one available bay supported by 3,000 sq ft of customisable office and shop space.

The winner of the Paragon 2020 Award of Excellence, voted on by the members, went to Kristine Klotz, customer service supervisor at DuPage Flight Center at DuPage airport. DuPage also won member of the year.

A second win puts DuPage Flight Centre in Illinois at the top of Paragon's North American network of carefully vetted FBOs in a ceremony that recognises the outstanding FBO, manager and all-round centre of excellence.
