For the past 19 years CHC has supported Western Australia's fire and emergency services department with 24/7 rescue helicopters. It has ordered three AW139s to support a renewal of that contract.

CHC Australia will commence the transition from CAR 42 and CAR 30 to CASR Part 42 and Part 145 organisations in the coming weeks. Adopting this standard is a benchmark for high airworthiness standards.

The Prelude FLNG facility in the Browse Basin is moving into a critical phase. All the more gratifying then that Shell and CHC are renewing the six-year relationship that continues to send manpower to the project.
