The Starling can transport either one passenger or 100 kgs of payload at a speed of 120 miles per hour and range of 220 kilometres. Its hover test flight focused on flight control systems and handling quality.

The Starling Cargo eVTOL has drawn interest from around the world in various industry sectors including oil and gas, gemstone mining, medical logistics and emergency response.
Samad Aerospace will shortly be moving into new larger headquarters at Cranfield Technology Park in Bedfordshire, UK. There will be plenty of space for its seven new senior employees to settle in.
