Charter Sales Manager at Flexflight Group – Roskilde Office

Flexflight Group is actively seeking an experienced Charter Sales Manager with robust leadership skills

The position

Flexflight Group is actively seeking an experienced Charter Sales Manager with robust leadership skills to lead and optimize charter sales revenues for aircraft managed by Flexflight. Operating in a 24/7 environment, this role reports to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the charter sales team to escalate sales figures and bolster brand recognition.

Innovate and devise bespoke solutions for the global charter market.

Monitor flight departures and ensure seamless operations.

Uphold existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Foster robust relationships with clients and partners.

Oversee the entire charter sales lifecycle and manage the CRM system.

Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses.

Determine aircraft pricing and variable costs.

Strategize and implement sales initiatives within the Sales Department.

Update and maintain aircraft profiles on industry sales platforms and other relevant channels.

Champion the company's image and offerings to a broader charter audience.

Be prepared for occasional out-of-hours work to assist charter clients and the team.

Leadership Responsibilities

Provide guidance and mentorship to the Sales teams in Roskilde and Bangkok.

Spearhead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members.

Clearly communicate and uphold job expectations, policies, and procedures.

Optimize departmental workflows and resource utilization while ensuring precision.

Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve overarching departmental objectives.

Foster and manage strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

Proven leadership credentials.

Demonstrated Business Aviation/Airline (or related industry) sales experience.

Working knowledge of Aircraft Management flight operations, including aircraft performance, crew FTL’s, and airport categorization.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find effective solutions quickly.

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, clients, and other group departments.

Excellent written and verbal English skills; high numeracy standard.

IT literacy with experience in MS Office applications.

Natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and adaptability.

Hardworking and flexible, capable of performing under pressure in time-critical environments and making independent decisions.
