Process & Projects Coordinator
In charge of coordinating teams to complete successful achievement of the different projects and management of change within the technical services.
• Lead internal meetings for the different projects.
• Ensure follow up of report/findings from IQSMS and sets up sub-projects when major changes need to be made.
• Effective management of multiple fast paced projects
• Provide functional leadership to all internal stakeholders in delivering the projects.
• Improve department and interdepartmental process.
• Support projects stakeholders
• drawing up specifications for changes/improvements
• Liaise with the different stakeholders and supplier to ensure:
o that the specifications have been fully understood
o that the supplier complies with delivery conditions,
o the follow up with the supplier throughout the project.
o that the deliverable meets the stated specifications
