Customer Support Representative

The Person in charge for CSR role is working mainly with the allocated customers portfolio, the purchasing team, the customer manager and the other CSR.

Meticulous person capable of managing & monitoring the customers commercial activities and global payments.

The candidate has to capture the customers needs, provide a quotation, transform the quotation into a sale, then issue invoices. Additionally, the CSR role is to monitor the customers service delivery and payment according to the internal requirements.

Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and French and will be able to communicate with internal teams and customers.

• Commercially responsible of a customer’s portfolio needs: Quotation, Purchasing Order, Invoice, Delivery and Payment.

• Manage & ensure the typing of all main information on SAGE commercial system.

• Ensure a day-to-day work with the Purchase team, Commercial Manager and other CSR.

• Ensure a day-to-day customer payment follow-up.

• Cooperate with local Logistics team to anticipate delivery date of services ordered.

• Weekly review of the commercial activity with Commercial Team
