Crew Controller Northern Europe (m/w/d)

Luxaviation is looking for a Crew Controller for the Northern Europe region. You will be an integral part of the Crew Control Team, working alongside with the Training and Flightops Team, the Operations Control Center (OCC) and other departments to ensure a smooth running of the daily operation, managing and resolving any kind of operational challenges. You will be based in one of our Northern Europe locations in Luxembourg, Germany or Denmark and will report to the respective Director Operations and to their deputies.
Key Responsibilities
Short- and mid-term crew planning, considering optimum crew levels, qualifications and cost efficiency
Monitoring and ensuring daily flight operations with regard to, crew qualification, flight duty and rest times
Care for crew travel arrangements
Implementation of strategic crew changes to comply with legal regulations
First point of contact for crew members
Communication and Coordination with the entire Operation Control Centre as well as flight operations management and the training department
You will feel comfortable in this role, when
Aviation knowledge, experience in Crew Control, ORO.FTL of advantage
You bring strong IT software understanding, particularly Flight Management Software, database systems, MS-Office
Excellent organization skills and assertiveness
You want to work as part of a team to reach individual & team targets, supporting colleagues
You are self-motivated to work on own initiative, able to prioritize and solution-oriented
High workload situations are not a problem for you
You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Any other languages are considered an advantage.
Willingness to do shift work including nights & weekends
