Luxaviation is looking for an Operations Executive for the Northern Europe region. You will be an integral part of the Operations Team, working alongside with the Flightops Team, the Operations Control Center (OCC) and other departments to ensure a smooth running of the daily operation, managing and resolving any kind of operational challenges. You will be based in one of our Northern Europe locations in Luxembourg, Germany or Denmark and will report to the respective Director Operations and to their deputies.

Key Responsibilities

ensure the safe, punctual and economic daily operation of all Luxaviation Northern Europe flights by coordinating and communicating with our OCC, Charter sales, Engineering and other departments

Monitor and manage the daily operation to ensure that our customers flight operations are efficient and run smoothly

Develop and make decisions of short-term alternatives according to frameworks and company’s procedures

Monitor all relevant processes

Evaluate and anticipate the economical and operational aspects

Review and evaluate the performance and quality of third-party handling providers

Manage and react to operational irregularities in close cooperation with all involved parties

Support of the Charter Sales department in the handling of aftersales tasks

You will feel comfortable in this role, when

Previous experience in aviation (business aviation would be advantageous)

You bring strong IT software understanding, particularly Flight Management Software, database systems, MS-Office

Excellent organization skills and assertiveness

You want to work as part of a team to reach individual & team targets, supporting colleagues

You are self-motivated to work on own initiative, able to prioritize and solution-oriented

High workload situations are not a problem for you

You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Any other languages are considered an advantage.

Willingness to do shift work including nights & weekends
