Charter Sales Executive (m/w/d)

Luxaviation Germany is looking for a Charter Sales Executive (m/w/d) to manage a set of important accounts in order to help drive a high level of customer satisfaction, successful product use, and customer retention. The right candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key customers (B2B and B2C), understand their needs, address questions, resolve issues and over time serve as a trusted advisor.

Main responsibilities and duties
Offer and sell charter flights on different business jets of the fleet to B2B and B2C (direct and indirect customers)
Pro-active follow-up on offers and realizing opportunities
Evaluation of flight requests and elaborate offers in respect of crew duty times, operational restrictions and operating costs
Account Management and Customer Care
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
English and German is mandatory; any other languages are considered a great advantage (French, Spanish, Danish, Swedish, etc…)
Strong decision making/taking ability
Analytical and negotiation skills
A high commitment to customer service
Must possess strong planning and organizational skills
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) are a must
Able to work under pressure and willing to work on irregular hours

Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer support/success, business development or account management.
Preferably with a sales background in the luxury, travel and/or hospitality industry with a keen interest in the aviation industry
Knowledge of airline operations (EASA Part OPS) not mandatory but is considered a great advantage
