Full-time AS355 Helicopter Captain position in Kent, UK
Alcaline Aviation is seeking a highly professional and highly motivated Helicopter Captain to join its commercial charter operation in Kent. Multi Engine IR required. Successful candidates will be rewarded with a full-time contract and an exceptional package. Our pilots are required to work independently with good decision-making skills and function well within our team. We operate throughout the UK and near Continent, therefore a high level of technical and operational knowledge is required as well as an unwavering dedication to flight safety. Our pilots are expected to be polite, courteous and discreet around our clients and always well presented. Candidates require excellent communication skills; verbal, written and IT. A degree of flexibility and cooperation is required for this rewarding and fulfilling position.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Valid UK CAA ATPL(H) or CPL(H) • Current Instrument Rating • UK Class 1 Medical (Single Pilot) • 1200 hours Total Rotary Time (not including simulator time) • Valid UK/EU-Passport with no travel restrictions • Legal right to work in the UK and the ability to travel unrestricted • Ability to work at short notice, weekends, nights, bank holidays and overnight trips.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS • University Degree • AS355 Type Rating • Experience in onshore Commercial or Corporate sector • The ability and desire to work within a team • Strong organisational skills & advanced multi-tasking abilities • Excellent interpersonal skills.
COMPANY BACKGROUND Alcaline Aviation was established in 2018 with a single AS355 to support our parent company Alcaline UK Ltd. Our vision is to provide short notice expedited freight loads for our automotive clients. With the addition of our second AS355 in 2019 we have successfully expanded into the commercial charter sector with a growing client list. We expect to add an additional AS355 to our fleet during 2023.
