B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers for Line and Base Maintenance

UK Part 66 / EASA Part 66 B1.1 and/or B2 License - LJ45 type rated

Essential

UK Part 66 and or EASA Part 66 B1.1 and/or B2 Licence.

Type rated on LearJet 45 essential with any of the following being advantageous; Cessna 525, Cessna 560XLS, Cessna 680A, BD100 (CL300), CL600-2B16 (604 variant), BD700 Global.

Current Human Factors, EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety and SMS certificates.

Full UK driving licence.

Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.

Able to obtain airside security clearance.

Ability to manage a team of support staff for Base and Line maintenance activities.

Skills Duties and knowledge

Assist and manage certifying base and line maintenance in accordance with the approved data on both group and customer aircraft within the allocated timeframe.

Ensure that Airworthiness, Safety and Quality Controls are complied with at all times.

Computer literate and familiar with CAFAM and Microsoft Office products.

Must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and industry procedures including troubleshooting of defects.

Must be highly proficient with aircraft documentation and have a broad skill set in aircraft maintenance, repair and trouble shooting.

Must have excellent communication skills at all levels.

Must have good planning and time management skills.

Must be highly motivated and a good team member.

Must be able to work under pressure and in a flexible manner.

Must have experience in managing large base maintenance checks and giving oversight to a team of support staff.
