Caverton achieves EASA approval for AW139 simulator training

Caverton Helicopters installed the Thales Reality H simulator for the AW139 at its Lagos facility back in April 2021, and now it has been granted EASA approval as a full flight simulator operator.

The Thales FFS, an advanced commercial helicopter simulator, is now operational at Caverton's training centre. The simulator allows pilots to train in safety for a variety of complex situations including adverse weather.
The purchase of an AW139 simulator by Caverton is a step forward in its strategy to diversify its services to include flight simulation training services, and thereby support safer helicopter logistics operations.
