SkyTrac Systems will be attending Shephard's 13th annual Search and Rescue Conference and Exhibition (SAR 2010) in Aberdeen, Scotland from September 15-16, 2010. This event is the largest international gathering of SAR experts in Europe and will focus on search and rescue in the four environments: aviation, maritime, urban and mountain. SkyTrac representatives Kim Bagnall and Steve Fuhr will be on hand to demonstrate SkyTrac's industry leading, next generation hardware and software products at booth #33.
Search and rescue in harsh and dangerous environments such as the North Sea, or disaster situations such as humanitarian aid for the floods in Pakistan, demand the need for reliable flight tracking and satellite communications. SkyTrac's portable DSAT and installed ISAT systems provide both air to ground and air to air communications while tracking the aircraft in all regions of the globe.
VP and Director of Business Development, Steve Fuhr, commented "Our proven systems have been used by various operators around the world whose aircraft are flying SAR contracts, as well as UN contracted operators such as Skol Airlines providing disaster relief in Haiti, and Zimex Aviation providing aircraft for humanitarian support in Africa. We are looking forward to attending this show to demonstrate our hardware and software systems to other search and rescue agencies around the world."
