BAE Systems has won an exclusive mandate from aviation management group SETE Aviation of Switzerland to remarket a Boeing 767-300ER wide-body airliner on their behalf.
This aircraft, built in 2000, is a GE CF6-80C2B6F-powered variant that is currently configured in a corporate layout with 50 first class seats reflecting the fact that until recently it had been operating with Privatair, one of the world's leading corporate aviation operating groups.
Before operation with Privatair, the aircraft was originally delivered to KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, which operated the aircraft in a three-class airline configuration.
The Asset Management business of BAE Systems Regional Aircraft has developed a strong plan to promote this attractive aircraft to a wide range of potential buyers, both in the corporate and airline markets.
This mandate builds upon the recent success enjoyed by BAE Systems in placing a Boeing 767-300ER on lease on behalf of another client and securing the contract to manage the aircraft during the lease period.
