Precision LLC selects Cirro flight operations and safety management system

U.S. Part 135 operator Precision LLC has announced its selection of Cirro, a leading flight operations and safety management system from AirSuite Inc., to enhance its operations. It decided to begin actively using the system after key discussions at Verticon 2025, the world's largest vertical aviation industry event held in Dallas, Texas.

Shannon Bell, operations coordinator at Precision, says “Cirro's comprehensive suite of tools align perfectly with our operational goals. We are always looking for ways to improve our efficiency and safety standards, and Cirro provides a platform that meets and exceeds our needs.”

With the implementation of Cirro, Precision aims to improve data-driven decision-making and reinforce its stringent safety protocols. The Cirro cloud-based, cybersecure system includes a built-in safety management system(SMS) that offers real-time flight tracking, scheduling, risk assessment and compliance management, ensuring that Precision's teams operate with confidence.

Based in McMinnville, Oregon, Precision LLC and its affiliates have been providing aviation services since 1983 and have grown into a highly accomplished utility, avionics installation, training, maintenance and operations company. With a diverse fleet that includes Airbus, Bell, Gimbal, Cessna, Piper and Pilatus aircraft, the company has onboarded 10 aircraft with Cirro. Precision successfully executes missions in challenging environments around the world while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.

“The ability to access real-time data and enhance risk management strategies is a game-changer for our pilots; Cirro equips us with the tools we need to ensure the highest level of safety,” says Ty Burlingham, chief pilot at Precision LLC, highlighting the system's impact on flight operations.

Matt Van Pelt, director of operations at Precision LLC, emphasised the benefits of integrating Cirro into the company's workflow: “Cirro's intuitive design and powerful features make it easy to quickly and safely onboard our teams and crews, while keeping everyone across departments in sync.”

Mike Kleywegt, CEO at AirSuite Inc., welcomed Precision to the Cirro system: “We are thrilled to support Precision and its commitment to operational excellence. Cirro is designed to simplify complex flight operations, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on Precision's continued success.”

Precision has already onboarded Cirro with full deployment expected in the coming months.
