Epic Aircraft announces first Gold Star authorised service centre

Epic Aircraft today announced Concord-Padgett Regional Airport-headquartered Part 145 Victory Lane Aviation in North Carolina as its first Gold Star authorised service centre, a key milestone that recognises unwavering commitment to operational excellence, expert aircraft maintenance standards and exceptional customer service.

“This prestigious designation marks a significant step in our strategic collaboration with Victory Lane Aviation,” said Doug King, CEO of Epic Aircraft, LLC. “Victory Lane joined Epic's authorised service centre network in 2022. Our relationship has steadily grown year after year through our shared dedication to the highest levels of safety, quality and customer service.”

Epic's Gold Star authorised service centre programme ensures comprehensive maintenance, repair and support for Epic E1000 models, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Key Gold Star attributes include the following:

- Offer a full range of services, including routine and progressive inspection plan maintenance, complex repairs including Pratt & Whitney PT6A-67A engine repairs, avionics support, paint repair and specialised services

- Employ experienced and factory-trained technicians

- Adhere to strict safety regulations and are recognised by the FAA as Part 145 repair station

- Offer regional remote AOG support

- Offer RVSM inspection capability

- Provide EFTI (Epic factory-trained instructor) pilot for maintenance check flights and aircraft repositioning, as necessary

- Demonstrate a long-term commitment to Epic aircraft owners

- Maintain best-practices for parts inventory, helping to ensure quick turnaround times for aircraft maintenance and repairs
