Duncan Aviation recently completed an extensive interior refurbishment on a Falcon 900B at its facility in Battle Creek, Michigan, transforming the aircraft into a modern yet inviting space that perfectly balances sophistication with comfort. The result is a beautifully designed interior that enhances the overall flying experience.
The newly refurbished interior boasts a sleek, modern design featuring a neutral colour palette complemented by rich brown accents. This combination creates an elegant and timeless look, offering both visual appeal and a sense of warmth.
When envisioning the new interior, the owner sought a more contemporary aesthetic while ensuring the space remained soft and welcoming. By carefully selecting materials and finishes, the Duncan design team achieved a refined balance between comfort and a modern aesthetic.
The refurbishment included nearly every aspect of the interior, with the exception of plating. Key updates involved the installation of new drinkrails and PSU overlay panels that modernise the look of the cabin.
The new drinkrails and cabinetry feature a new veneer finish, elevating the overall aesthetic. The sleek drinkrail design seamlessly integrates with the modernised interior, adding a touch of sophistication and cohesion throughout.
Top highlights of the interior refurbishment include;
- The veneer: The neutral brown veneer enriches the space by adding warmth and depth, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere.
- Fabric mid-cabin bulkhead: The addition of fabric elements softens the space, enhancing comfort and contributing to a more welcoming ambiance.
- The carpet: With a subtle yet intriguing pattern, the new carpet strikes the perfect balance between elegance and understated design. Its colours blend seamlessly with the overall palette, ensuring harmony across all design elements.

The aircraft also left with a completely new flight deck experience after the installation of the InSight flight display system from Universal Avionics.
