Brazilian full service business aviation company TAM Executive Aviation has announced that, starting December 12, it will start offering hangar and airport assistance services for domestic flights from its base at Jundiaí Airport in the Sao Paulo region. The location, which already houses the company's service centre, the largest for executive aviation in Latin America and which offers complete maintenance solutions, will also have the new solutions, expanding the range of services available at the location.
TAM AE is now offering hangar and customer service in Jundiaí, with the quality standards that are already a trademark of the company. Customers will have access to 24-hour flight coordination, flight plans, weather briefings and NOTAM, fuel supply coordination, flight attendants, hotel and transportation reservations, as well as a VIP lounge for passengers and crew.
The initiative marks another step in the expansion of the company, which has been making consistent investments and expanding its area of operations in the country, and already has airport service bases at Congonhas and Guarulhos Airports in São Paulo, Pampulha and Confins Airport in Belo Horizonte and Manaus.
With over six decades of operations in Brazil, TAM AE is a benchmark in domestic and international airport services. In May, it achieved Stage II of the international IS-BAH certification, which is granted by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC). The IS-BAH certification attests that the company follows the best practices for airport services, which is used as an international benchmark in the sector.
