Bizliner Aviation to provide specialized crew resourcing for vvip clients

In order to fill the need for experienced and professional crewmembers, Bizliner Aviation, LLC, has announced the commencement of crew resourcing services for owners and operators of large VVIP aircraft known as bizliners. While not a staffing organization per se, Bizliner Aviation is now positioned to provide highly qualified and vetted short, medium, and long-term flight deck, cabin, and maintenance/engineering crewmember contracts as an adjunct to their large VVIP aircraft consultancy and management services.

· * Initial cadre is available immediately, consisting of FAA ATP captains and first officers for B757, B767, and B737/BBJ.

· * In September of 2010, JAR ATPL B737/BBJ captains and first officers will join the team.

· * In October of 2010, Airbus ACJ/A320 pilots will be added to the roster.

· * Gulfstream GIV/450 and GV/G550 pilots are available now, with Bombardier Global Express crew joining soon. Although not technically bizliners, these aircraft represent the pinnacle of traditional corporate aircraft, and are typical steps for owners moving to larger VVIP aircraft.

· * Cabin attendants and maintenance/engineering crewmembers joining by the end of 2010.

"There is a definite need for consistently trained, standards-oriented crews to support the bizliner market. Simply having experience in a large aircraft isn't enough," states Roger Pierce, Director of Operations for Bizliner Aviation. "The level of service and professionalism demanded by the owners and operators of this rarefied class of aircraft goes far beyond that typically found in airline or corporate aviation."

Pilots are carefully screened and selected, and have extensive international VVIP flight experience and standards-based operational backgrounds. They are FAA and/or JAA type rated, hold First Class medical certificates, and complete annual international procedures training in addition to semi-annual aircraft ground school and simulator checks. Several hold Bermuda and other OTARS validations. All crewmembers are trained in TSA security programs, undergo complete CHRC background and security checks, and attend aviation safety/medical training. Cabin staff train in culinary arts, wine service, languages, and other specialized cultural courses of study. Maintenance/engineering crewmembers are type-specific trained and line experienced.

"We don't intend to go into the staffing business on a large scale," says Rodney Cook, Director of Aviation, "but we strongly feel that the ability to supply quality crewmembers enhances and compliments Bizliner Aviation's complete suite of support and services for our clients."
