On June 25th, 2010, Hammonds Fuel Additives, Inc., announced that Biobor®JF was approved for use in the EU through the end of 2010 with efforts underway to gain long term certification beyond the end of the year. In an effort to further clarify that announcement and understandings of the current status of Biobor®JF in the EU, Hammonds desires to restate the announcement making it clear that Biobor®JF is approved for use in the EU until the end of 2010.

Hammonds is working with Airbus to reinstate Biobor®JF in the EU market. There are no known restrictions for the use of Biobor® JF outside the EU. More announcements will be forthcoming as information becomes available.
