Airborne Technologies and Lima Aviation LLC partner to successfully implement Artemis system

Austrian special mission systems integrator Airborne Technologies is proud to announce the successful implementation of the Smith Myers Artemis mobile phone detection, location and communication system, in partnership with its local partner Lima Aviation LLC in the United Arab Emirates.

This cutting-edge project involved the installation of the system into nine AW139 search and rescue helicopters belonging to the UAE government's National Search and Rescue Center, with the first installation already completed. This project represents the collaboration between the teams of Airborne Technologies, Lima Aviation and Smith Myers aimed at delivering innovative and reliable airborne surveillance solutions to UAE government customer.
