BAA Jet Management Ltd awarded management contracts for 2 Gulfstream G200s

BAA Jet Management Ltd., a Hong Kong Limited Liability Company, announced today that it has been awarded the management contracts for two (2) Gulfstream G200s by two joint venture companies equally owned by JV partners HK-listed Kerry Group Limited, Kerry Properties Limited, Shangri-La Asia Ltd., and Singapore-listed Wilmar International Limited.

BAA Jet Management Ltd. will exclusively manage and operate the G200s including the chartering out to third parties.

The first G200, a pre-owned aircraft, will be delivered in August 2007. A second, new G200 will be delivered in the third quarter of 2008. Both aircraft will be added to BAA Jet Management Ltd's managed fleet in China.

BAA Jet Management Ltd. was awarded these two (2) management contracts due to its experienced management team plus its unique operational capabilities in China which bring about significant cost savings and operational efficiencies for the JV partners.

In May 2007 BAA Jet Management Ltd's partner in China - Asia United Business Aviation (AUBA) - was awarded its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) by the Civil Aviation Authority of China (CAAC). This certificate permits BAA & AUBA to manage private owner's business jets and charter business jets out in the PRC under CCAR Part 135 regulations - a first for China.
