Today Tecnam Aircraft announced the appointment of Urva Aviation as its exclusive dealer for sales and service in the state of Florida. Urva Aviation is part of the X-Flight Aeronautical Solutions group with bases throughout Argentina and since 2021 in Pompano Beach Airpark, Florida. The group has more than 10 years of experience in the aviation industry and created Urva Aviation to manage the Tecnam business.

“The alliance with Tecnam, one of the most important aircraft manufacturers globally, empowers us and elevates us as a company, providing us with knowledge, relationships, opening up to new markets and brand capital,” said Hugo Diego Ursella, managing director, Urva Aviation.

“Having Urva Aviation on board with Tecnam is key to supporting our growth within the United States and support of our existing customers throughout their territory,” said David Copeland, director of sales for Tecnam.

Urva Aviation will be offering Tecnam aircraft all across the various models. The Tecnam fleet is the unique today to offer the best efficiency and latest certifications, efficiency that also means very low CO2 emissions. A recent study shows that flight schools operating with a Tecnam single and twin-engine fleet can reduce emissions by up to 60%, equivalent to 10 tons of CO2 for each student by the time they receive their commercial pilot licence.
