Opera Jet's new Beechcraft King Air B200 GT now in operation

The Opera Jet company has put a new turbo-propeller aircraft into operation – the Beechcraft King Air B200 GT, the 1st turbo-propeller aircraft in the fleet. It is an aircraft with a capacity of 6-7 seats that can operate to/from short runway airports which aren’t suitable for jet aircraft. The aircraft was made in 2008 with the availability of single-pilot operations. The range is 2.965 km, and its top speed is 570 km/h. A standard equipped Beechcrat King Air B200 GT costs around $5 million. One flight hour costs around €1500. Together with the Beechcraft King Air B200 GT Opera Jet now operates 6 aircraft and the 7th one is on the way because on May 19, 2010 Opera Jet signed a Dassault Falcon 2000 operations agreement and the aircraft will extend the fleet of Opera Jet.

The Dassault Falcon 2000 - thanks to its 6000 km range - can cover even intercontinental flights. Our client would be able to enjoy a Bratislava – Dubai flight, for instance, without a fuel stop. A one hour flight should cost somewhere between €4500 – 5000. It’ll be the first heavy jet in the Opera Jet fleet and it will cover the needs of the most demanding clients thanks to its 1.88m stand up cabin. The price of this aircraft is around $20 million.
