Jet Aviation Moscow Vnukovo recently became an independent Russian legal entity and can now perform maintenance services under its own EASA 145 maintenance approval.

At the Moscow Vnukovo airport, where the company has operated since late 2007 as a branch of Jet Aviation Dusseldorf, the necessary steps have been competed this year by Jet Aviation to operate as a fully independent Russian legal entity. The company now provides maintenance services under its own EASA 145 approval, allowing the firm to better meet the needs of its clients in the Russian market.

According to Ian Ludlow, managing director, Jet Aviation Moscow Vnukovo, "The EASA 145 maintenance approval gives us greater flexibility to tailor our portfolio of aircraft services to better match our customer fleet profile and requirements."
