VOO introduces new reality for business aviation at NBAA

Austrian software development company VOO will present its new product, the world's first digital B2B marketplace to search, book, pay and manage private jet charter flights, at this year's NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) for the first time. This annual event, which has a variable venue across the USA, returns to Orlando in Florida after four years and will take place from October 18-20 at the Orange County Convention Center at Orlando Executive Airport.

This year's show, which brings together key aviation contacts from around the world, business aircraft owners, services and facilities providers, manufacturers and customers, will attract more than 23,000 attendees from 98 countries. The main focus of NBAA is traditionally on the latest business aviation technology and the ways to build a more sustainable industry.

The 2022 edition of NBAA-BACE marks the show's 75th anniversary where an extensive programme of educational and informational sessions, reflected in 18 presentations on this topic, designed to enhance the development of safety culture will be offered along with festivities. The event will feature opening remarks by European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) executive director Patrick Ky, renowned astrophysicist, author and science commentator Neil deGrasse Tyson and famous NASCAR racer Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

The 2020 show in Orlando was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, but the 2021 event in Las Vegas became one of the most successful and impactful shows in NBAA history. In a time of powerful growth, fast-paced innovation, a deep commitment to sustainability and a shared desire to shape the future, business aviation demonstrated its current vision and enormous potential to further develop and influence the entire industry despite the challenging times.

VOO, an official member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), will be exhibiting at this year's show for the first time and will present its revolutionary VOO Marketplace. With its product combining all the essential key elements spotlighted at the NBAA show, namely innovation, new technology and sustainability, VOO is ready to be industry breakthrough.

“Earlier this year, we listened intently to charter brokers and aircraft operators at the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in San Diego. After a successful product launch several weeks ago, we are confident that our game-changing software comes at the right time to solve many of the problems the industry is currently facing. With that in mind, we are excited to enter the U.S. market and exhibit at NBAA-BACE for the first time,” says Robert Plhak, CEO at VOO flights.

The VOOcrew represented by Robert Plhak, CEO at VOO Flights, Stephan Grandy, sales representative and Mario Pichler, product owner will be available at North/South Building on booth 1554 during the entire show to introduce the benefits of VOO such as increased efficiency, elevated productivity and maximised utilisation, answer questions and register new customers.
