Private Flight Global announced the release of the new Version 2 of their pioneering online system for inflight catering management updating the clients customised versions with enhanced state of the art technology.
The Private Flight system provides easy food and beverage ordering from a network of approved and Ad-hoc catering providers in departure locations around the world. Orders are placed instantly via a secure online platform with order fulfilment tracked as it progresses and built-in notifications to alert Private Flight to any schedule delays.
Within the Private Flight system, users can create and save favourite menus for repeat order placements, and can select and combine standard flight items to expedite the order process. Additionally, Private Flight's intuitive search functionality will allow users to quickly search and match menu items to passenger requests. Should a particular request not be available, the system allows easy off-menu order requests. Special requirements and preferences, along with previous menu options, can also be quickly retrieved, saving time and further increasing the attention to detail Private Flight clients are able to afford their passengers.
Private Flight's catering management system has been further enhanced by adding ad-hoc order capability. Now the users of the system can create Provider profiles and place catering orders for any location around the globe. The Ad-hoc orders will be monitored by Private Flight to avoid any schedule delays with the added benefit of capturing the entire catering spend in one efficient and robust catering management tool.
Catering Managers will also embrace the use of Private Flight's enhanced managerial reporting tools. Downloadable and fully up-to-date expenditure reports can be categorised by flight, trips (multi-flight groupings as determined by users), client aircraft, cuisine provider, or even by personnel (the team member responsible for placing orders). Reports can be produced by week, month or financial year, allowing 'snapshots' and trend analyses as well as easy forward budgeting.
The new version of the system was fully designed and developed by Private Flight's in-house technical teams based on continued in-depth market and customer research.
Richard Pryor, CEO of Private Flight Global, says: 'With the Private Flight system, our clients are better able to improve the quality of information available - including transparent pricing - for managerial reporting enabling each company to more accurately analyse and forecast catering expenditure. This leads directly to good decision making and medium to long-term opportunities to reduce or eliminate unnecessary cost. And by using the centralised ordering system for virtually all orders, they can now more efficiently and consistently provide premium cuisine to their passengers wherever they are in the world. Ultimately, our service is aimed at significantly improving the customer's onboard experience and controlling unnecessary costs, which in some cases, are obscured behind traditional practices and procedures.'
