SkyTrac Systems Ltd., a global leader in aerospace intelligent connectivity and satellite communications (satcom), today announced the appointment of Angela Martens as the newest member of its executive management team. In her role as the vice president of finance and administration, Mrs. Martens oversees the organisation's financial management, strategic planning and quality assurance to increase operational efficiencies and plan for the company's growth.

Martens is a results-driven leader bringing extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, treasury operations, and mergers and acquisitions. She joins SkyTrac from ClearStream Energy Services where she provided leadership as the vice president of finance and corporate controlling.

Martens brings over 15 years of experience in providing financial services and leadership to a diverse set of industries, most prominently oil and gas. At SkyTrac, Martens will lead the standardisation of processes and grow stakeholder confidence through consistent, timely data, leveraging automation and technology where possible.

Martens holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University and is a Certified General Accountant and a Chartered Professional Accountant.
