Launching of Time to Fly, business aviation consulting

On the occasion of the 10th EBACE air show in Geneva, Time to Fly announce its launching. Time to Fly is a consulting company focused on business aviation. Founded in 2009 by Pascal Ravel, taking advantage of his experience as operators manager. Time to Fly offers three main services.

Bizjets management consulting:

Setup of business jets management solutions, in public or private transport.

Time to Fly proposes a taylor-made project, with a full or partial support of your aviation department: from the aircraft choice to the setup of the operation in all its aspects: juridical, administrative, regulatory, technical or financial.

This service is perfect for companies or individuals wishing to acquire or operate corporate jets, but who do not have the aviation background necessary for setting everything up.

Engineering consulting:

Setup of regulatory structure or quality departments in existing organizations.

This service is dedicated to small transport operators that cannot bear the cost of employment and wish to subcontract continuing airworthiness or quality management to outside experts. It also applies to operators wishing to adapt its workload with third party engineering or quality audits.

Time to Fly can for example provide support to operators wishing to comply with Part M requirements.

FBO management consulting:

Audit and setup of airports of FBOs dedicated to handling business jet, VIP passengers and operators.

This service is adapted to airports wishing to specialize in business aviation, to regional airports wishing to create a business jets handling area, to commercial operators wishing to develop their VIP passengers treatment and international FBO (Fixed Base Operations) companies wishing to develop in Europe. Time to Fly has an expertise in supporting a US FBO chain during the setup of their first European FBO. Pascal Ravel has also developed one of the main FBO on Le Bourget airport.

This service can also apply to supporting VIP handling during major sportive or media events.
